Accessibility statement
Ora Health MD is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology.
Our standard
We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
- Every image has a text description.
- Text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast requirements, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
- Motion is reduced for people who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.
- The site does not rely on color alone to convey information.
Third-party services
Booking, intake and visits take place in our secure patient portal, which is provided by a third-party vendor. If you have trouble using the portal, contact us and we will help you schedule another way.
Feedback and help
If any part of this website is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email care@orahealthmd.com with the subject line "Accessibility". Tell us the page and the problem. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days.
