Founding memberships are open. A limited number of founding members keep their rate for life. Medication, if prescribed, is paid to your pharmacy at its own price. We never mark it up. Paying without insurance? You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.

Is this a testosterone clinic?
No. Testosterone therapy is one treatment we offer, prescribed only when your symptoms and repeat morning labs confirm it's needed. Many members are treated for something else entirely, like sleep, stress, thyroid or sexual health.
Do I ever have to come in?
Visits happen by secure video, from home or the office, and labs are drawn at a lab location near you. Some treatments may require an in-person exam; if yours does, your physician will tell you and we'll arrange it. Care is available to adults in Florida.
What if my labs come back normal?
Then your physician keeps looking for what's actually behind how you feel, and tells you honestly if medication isn't the answer. You're paying for a doctor's judgment, not a prescription.
Do you take insurance?
Membership is cash-pay. Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose, where your own prescription coverage may apply.
Can I keep my regular doctor?
Yes. Ora works alongside your primary care doctor, and with your permission we'll share your results and plan with them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account or by emailing care@orahealthmd.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
