Meet your physician

Each member is cared for directly by a physician. The same physician who orders your labs reviews the results with you, writes your treatment plan and adjusts it over time.

Dr. Sotiris Chaniotakis is a Florida-licensed physician who trained in psychiatry at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. Dr. Chaniotakis earned a Doctor of Medicine from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

That combination shapes how Dr. Chaniotakis approaches men's health. Sleep, stress, mood and focus are often connected to hormones, metabolism and physical fitness, so each member's evaluation looks at the whole picture rather than a single symptom or lab value.

Dr. Chaniotakis has co-authored peer-reviewed research in clinical diagnosis and nutrition, listed below.

Our approach to care

  • Measure first

No treatment without a full evaluation and lab work.

  • Explain everything

Every result is walked through with you, in plain language.

  • Prescribe only when indicated

Medication when the evidence supports it, and an honest answer when it doesn't.

  • Monitor what we prescribe

Follow-up labs on a schedule, with doses adjusted as needed.
