Fatigue and low energy
Fatigue has many possible causes, and several can overlap. A broad lab panel and a careful history help your physician narrow down what's actually behind it, instead of guessing.
Common symptoms and concerns
- Feeling tired most days, even after enough sleep
- Brain fog or trouble focusing at work
- Low motivation or drive
- Workouts that feel harder than they used to
- Needing caffeine to get through the afternoon
How your physician evaluates it
- Thyroid function
- A complete blood count to look for anemia
- Iron, ferritin, vitamin B12 and vitamin D
- Blood sugar, A1c and insulin
- Hormone levels, including morning testosterone
- Sleep quality, stress and mood
Treatment
Your plan is built around what your results show. That may mean correcting a deficiency, treating a thyroid or hormone problem, improving sleep, or addressing stress and mood. When medication is appropriate, your physician prescribes it and monitors it with follow-up labs.
Every plan starts with your baseline lab panel and a full evaluation with Dr. Chaniotakis. See how care works and what membership costs.
Treatment is always decided by a licensed physician after an evaluation and lab work. Not everyone is a candidate for every treatment, and individual results vary.
Example: how an evaluation works
Illustrative example, not a real patient. It shows how the process works, not a promised result.
A 38-year-old man with months of fatigue and brain fog
He works long hours, feels foggy every afternoon, and has stopped going to the gym because workouts feel too hard.
- A detailed history covering sleep, stress, mood, diet, alcohol and medications.
- A broad lab panel: thyroid, blood count, iron and ferritin, vitamin B12 and D, A1c and morning testosterone.
- The physician reviews every result with him by video and explains what is and isn't normal.
- If a cause is found, such as low iron or a thyroid problem, it is treated and rechecked with follow-up labs. If labs are normal, the plan focuses on sleep, stress and mood.
- The plan is updated at each quarterly review.

Other conditions we treat
Is this a testosterone clinic?
No. Testosterone therapy is one treatment we offer, prescribed only when your symptoms and repeat morning labs confirm it's needed. Many members are treated for something else entirely, like sleep, stress, thyroid or sexual health.
Do I ever have to come in?
Visits happen by secure video, from home or the office, and labs are drawn at a lab location near you. Some treatments may require an in-person exam; if yours does, your physician will tell you and we'll arrange it. Care is available to adults in Florida.
What if my labs come back normal?
Then your physician keeps looking for what's actually behind how you feel, and tells you honestly if medication isn't the answer. You're paying for a doctor's judgment, not a prescription.
