Do you take insurance?
No. We do not take insurance. There is one simple price, with no insurance paperwork and no surprise bills.
How much does it cost, and what's included?
$499 for your first visit, then $249 a month (or $2,490 a year). That covers your medication (GLP-1 medications are not included and may cost extra), supplies and shipping, the lab panels your doctor deems necessary for your protocol, follow-ups, medication adjustments and same-business-day responses from your doctor. Who can become a member?
Adults 18 and older who are Florida residents. Services are available to Florida residents only.
How fast does my doctor respond?
Your doctor responds the same business day.
How do labs work?
Labs are part of your plan. Your doctor orders the panels your protocol needs, at a lab location, and reviews every result with you. If you'd rather have your labs drawn at home, at-home testing is available for $199. About lab work
How does my medication ship?
If your doctor prescribes treatment, your medication and supplies ship directly to your door. Shipping is included in your membership.
Is the first visit online or in person?
Online. Your first visit, and every follow-up, happens by secure video. There's no office to travel to.
Is this a testosterone clinic?
No. We're a concierge-style practice. Your doctor looks at your whole case, including hormones, sexual health, weight, sleep and long-term health, and treats what your evaluation and labs show.
Can I keep my regular doctor?
Yes. Ora works alongside your primary care doctor, and with your permission we'll share your results and plan with them.
How do I cancel?
